ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a team of four who are focused on helping people build a plan and protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I spent 23 years in the agricultural business working in sales, marketing, and product management, which gave me a strong foundation in customer relationships and strategic thinking.
I’m married with two kids, and my wife works as a travel agent, so we love exploring new places together. Outside of work, I enjoy wine, food, and travel. I stay active in the community as a Nebraska City Tourism & Commerce Board Member and a Kappa Foundation Board Member, supporting local initiatives and growth.
Our team enjoys 10 paid holidays, three weeks of PTO, team outings and events, free snacks and drinks, and an annual allowance for State Farm swag. We also offer a 401(k), licensing support, professional and personal development, and a strong focus on work-life balance. I’m a hands-on agent who believes in coaching and supporting the team every step of the way.
Our mission is simple: positively impact your life and the lives of those around you. We help people have a plan. We’re looking for someone who connects with that vision—someone who is competitive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and great with people. If you’re a self-starter with initiative and strong problem-solving skills, this could be a great place to build your career and make a real impact.
